How to use BHINER in a nutshell:
Copy the Chinese website link(taobao.com, 1688.com, ETC) and place in our search box, submit and to add to cart.
After you have added all items you want to buy, select the items and click "submit quotes".
Then we will confirm with the seller the stock availability(within 1 working day). Once all confirmed we will notify you via email (make sure your email notification is turned on).
Then you can checkout FIRST PAYMENT( item cost + domestic shipping+ BHINER service fee) with the money in your BHINER wallet (you can use PayPal and other methods to top-up your wallet).
After you checked out FIRST PAYMENT, our purchase team will buy from the sellers. It takes around normally 2-3 days to arrive in our warehouse.
Once arrived, we will shoot live pictures of the items(you can review them in order detail page).
When everything arrives, we will update the international shipping fee with the weight and volume of the parcel so you can check out the SECOND PAYMENT which is the international shipping fee.
And you can wait for your parcel to arrive we will update you a tracking within 1-2 working days =]
