You can know and keep track your order status in the Order page
After you place the order, we will buy your order in the China Online Store within a working day. Normally, if the product you ordered is not tailor-made or in pre-order status. The seller will send your products to our warehouse within 1-14 working days (this is the allowed delivery timeframe for most China online Store).
Once your ordered products arrived in our warehouse, they will be checked by our quality inspector and confirm seller sent out the correct item. (e.g. size, color, quantity). A product snap photo will be uploaded to your order details page for you to review.
For pre-order or tailor-made items, normally we have already confirmed the available date for you with the seller. However, the actual waiting period may differ from the date we marked in the item's remark. It depends on the seller actually production schedule, and it may ship it out in advance or delay without further notice.
While all your ordered products have been checked and packed. You will receive an email notification from us. Together with the weight details and the international shipping fee.
